The goal of this web site is to help you with healthy living, so you can make a difference not only in your own life but also in that of others. Without healthy living, there is little you can truly enjoy in life, even from your loved ones.

Years ago, I had a life-changing experience: I was struck with myasthenia gravis, an autoimmune disease. I was shocked into reality -- the human vulnerability to disease. But maybe that life-changing experience was a blessing in disguise: I began my journey of healthy living for a healthy lifestyle.

Creating this site is a learning experience for me. In life, everything and everyone you encounter is your teacher, if you are willing to be the student. The more you learn about healthy living, the wiser you become. And this is how I come up with

Wisdom is intelligence, and intelligence is information and energy that is self-referral. In other words, you learn through your own experience to interpret information and make right choices in life. Making different choices changes the energy and information processed through your mind and body; and by so doing, you transform who you are -- more specifically, you change your lifestyle for healthy living.
